Aikido Self Defense in Harrow, Pinner, Rayners lane, Wealdstone, Headstone and Hatch End areas of Middlesex, NW London.Aikido is a practical and effective defensive martial art working by turning the attackers force back against them. It is more subtle than most as the idea is to blend with an attack and usefully re-direct its force, rather than using brute force blocking and counter striking. It is suitable for females and males, large or small as physical size and strength is not that important.
Aikido is an extremely efficient self defence system utilising balance-taking and posture-breaking movements to achieve joint locks, pins and throws.
Please note that the club does NOT run classes for children at present. The minimum age to enrol with us is 18.
